Websites for local business · Dublin 15

Your business is good.
Online, it's invisible.

I build the online half of small businesses in Dublin — the site, the Google listing, the booking that stops eating your afternoon.

The problem

Three things that quietly cost you money every week.

01

Invisible on Google

Someone in Blanchardstown searches for what you do. Your competitor appears. You don't. That's the whole game — and it's fixable in weeks, not months.

02

No site, or a broken one

No site at all, or one that was cheap in 2018 and unreadable on a phone in 2026. Either way, people bounce before they see what you actually offer.

03

Bookings still by phone

Half your afternoon disappears to WhatsApp and callbacks. A booking form on the site does the same job while you're serving the customer in front of you.

Services

Two kinds of work.

Whichever it is, you get the scope and the number in writing before anything starts — and the first year of running it is part of the job, not a second invoice.

After launch

The first year is already in the price.

A site nobody updates goes stale fast, so the Website package carries 12 months of it from the start — no separate invoice, no surprise in month two. After the first year it continues monthly, scaled to the size of the project. Cancel whenever: the domain, the hosting account and the code are already yours.

What the plan covers
Included for the first year, then monthly.
  • Hosting, SSL, backups
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Small copy / image edits — no ticket queue
  • Monthly performance and SEO check

About

Nine years in tech. Four in Ireland. One clear focus.

I'm Marcus. I built my career in Brazil across IT support, systems analysis, BI and infrastructure, before moving to Dublin four years ago.

Along the way I kept hearing the same account from small business owners: they were delivering impeccable work and still losing customers to competitors with a worse product — purely because the other one had a better website. I decided to change that.

I started this consultancy after noticing the pattern: excellent businesses losing ground to better-built competitor sites. My job is to level that out for you.

FAQ

What business owners ask first.

How long does a project take?
Single or 5-page Website: 1-2 weeks. Complex Systems: 4+ weeks. Custom I don't start until content is in — most of the timeline is content, not code.
What do you need from me?
Photos of the business, a short list of services with prices, and access to your Google Business Profile. If you have none of that yet, I'll walk you through what to gather in the first call.
Who owns the site when we're done?
You do — domain, hosting account, source code, everything. No lock-in. If you leave me tomorrow, another developer can pick it up on Monday.
What if I want to change things later?
Small edits are included in the maintenance plan. Bigger changes (new pages, new features) are quoted upfront. Nothing is billed by the hour.
What is actually included?
Not just pages. A site on its own does very little — what brings customers is the Google Business Profile set up properly, the local SEO behind it, and a form that turns a visitor into an enquiry. All of that is in the job, plus the first year running it: hosting, updates and edits included, and changes answered the same day. The domain, the hosting account and the code are in your name from day one, so nothing is holding you.
Do you cover my area?
I work with clients worldwide — I'm based in Ireland but the whole process runs remotely, so location doesn't change the price or the timeline. If you're in Ireland, I'll happily come out for the first meeting in person.
Free audit · 48 hours · Ireland & worldwide

Free audit of your online presence.

Two pages, plain English, no sales deck. I look at your Google presence and your site (if you have one), and tell you the three things I'd fix first. Delivered by email in 48 hours.

Already online?

A website, an online store, a Google Maps listing, an Instagram or Facebook page — any of them counts. Send the link and I audit what is there.

Nothing online yet?

Then there is nothing to audit, and that is fine. Leave the link field empty and just describe the business and what you need. Same form, same 48 hours.

  1. 01
    Where you appear on Google

For the searches your customers actually type — not vanity keywords.

  2. 02
State of your Google Business Profile

Photos, opening hours, categories, review responses.

  3. 03
    Your current site, honest read

Mobile speed, what a first-time visitor sees, what's broken, what's missing.

  4. 04
    Three things to fix first

Prioritised by impact. If you do only one, do this one.
